Real vista provides a wide range of real estate services, which are categorized into four: (i) Portfolio Management: We provide a robust platform that allows users to update and manage their diverse real estate portfolios in real time. (ii) Investment Platform: Our investment services allow beginners and established real estate investors to seamlessly access affordable properties and generate cash flow by acquiring property slots depending on their financial capabilities. (iii) Market: Real vista is the meeting place for real estate buyers and sellers. Registered users, real estate agents, and companies can freely upload properties for rent or sale. These grants access to a pool of quality properties for the buyers. (iv) Mutual Investment: This unique feature allows for group mutual funding of properties. A group of investors can create an independent group. Each group can add member, upload, and manage their properties independently.

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage of our website or app. If signing up from the website, you will be prompted to download the app to complete the registration. On the App, you'll be prompted to enter your Full name, email address, and password. After completing the registration, you'll receive a confirmation email with an activation token. Input the code on the app or click the link in your email to activate your account.

Yes, our website and app can be accessed freely. You can browse property listings, schedule viewings, and access other features at no cost. However, some of our premium services, like Portfolio management and Investment platforms, require a subscription.

There are no limits to the number of properties you can add or manage. However, there are different subscription fees based on the number of properties you wish to add.

To update any property in your portfolio, select the portfolio button. Once on your portfolio, click the addition icon and then select 'update property.' You can also update your property from the 'Manager' button on the app.

Our investment platform is mostly suitable for institutional investors or individuals with the experience, knowledge, and expertise necessary to make independent investment decisions and understand the risks posed by investment in real estate properties.

We have a simplified system for you to discover more about investment opportunities with us. You can begin by exploring our website, where you will find detailed information about our investment products, strategies, and current portfolios. Additionally, consider registering on our mobile app or website to benefit from notifications of our latest product launches and newsletters.

There are no limits to the number of slots you can purchase. However, the number of slots allocated to properties differs and is limited. The available slots are always listed with the property and updated in real time. You can only purchase the maximum number of available slots at the time of your payment.

Every mutual fund group is an independent and closed group. They are not listed/created by Real vista, and therefore, we cannot add you to a group. You can only be added to a group through a private invitation by the admin of the group.

Each group has its own private terms and conditions. We encourage you to pay close attention and review the rules before joining any group. The groups are not managed by Real vista; therefore, we will not be held responsible for any mismanagement of funds or wrong investment decisions.

To search for properties, use the search bar on the homepage. You can also select filters such as location, price range, property type, and features to personalize your search. Also, you can browse through curated categories or explore the map view to find listings near your preferred location.

Once you find a property you're interested in, you can contact the listing agent through the website or app to make an offer. The agents' contact details are listed with the properties.

To schedule a viewing, simply click on the "Schedule a Viewing" button on the property listing page. Select a date and time that work for you, and the listing agent/company will confirm the appointment. You will receive a reminder via email or SMS before the viewing.

You can only list properties through our mobile app. To list your property, you will need to create an agent/company account. On the homepage, select the 'manager' option, and then select 'list to the market'. Provide details about the property, upload high-quality photos, and set a price. Our team will review the listing to ensure it meets our standards before publishing it on the platform.

Yes, we offer professional photography and videography services to showcase your property in the best possible light, depending on the city. Contact us through the app or website to arrange a photoshoot.

You can monitor the performance of your listing by logging into your account, on the homepage, selecting the 'manager' option, and then selecting 'list to the market.' Here, you'll find analytics on views, inquiries, and offers. You may also get notifications on any major developments.

If you're unable to log in, firstly ensure your internet access is enabled and try logging in again. Secondly, try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
